Kara-Tara Chardonnay

The name Kara-Tara refers to a small town near Knysna. Translated from the traditional Khoisan language, it means "deep, dark shadows" and refers to the Karatara River that runs through the town. Grapes are sourced from carefully-selected premium vineyards in the Western Cape. This wine has the classic notes of lemon & grapefruit you'd expect from Chardonnay, with hints of almond & a fine, mineral finish.
